3. Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:

• Opened or used products (perfumes).

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved:

• Refund Method: We will issue the refund to the original payment method.
